JoyVeterinary Practice Manager and Technician

Joy is our Veterinary Practice Manager and joined our team in early 2000. Her journey in veterinary medicine started in a small town in northern Vermont in 1992. She worked for Stetson Animal Hospital for almost 9 years before making the transition south to North Carolina. For a brief time, she joined the team at Cabarrus Emergency Vet Clinic where she was able to learn many skills in the emergency field. She embraced the challenges and opportunities that were presented during those years.

Joy rejoined the Randall family as she began her own family adventure. She has always longed for the opportunity to have a team of passionate, caring professionals dedicated to serving our neighbors, friends and families within the community. Her passion for outstanding customer service and excellent patient care is embodied in the team that represents Randall Veterinary Hospital.

In her spare time, Joy enjoys spending time with her 3 children, husband, horses Doodle and Sundance, kitty Ruby, and her group of Labradors. Joy has a deep love and is passionate about breeding quality Labrador retrievers since 1994. She has competed in shows up and down the East coast and belongs to the Labrador Retriever Club of the Piedmont.

LoriRegistered Veterinary Technician

Lori grew up in Buffalo, NY and has worked as a veterinary technician for seven years. Her veterinary journey began at Randall Veterinary Hospital in 2010 caring in the kennel facility. In a short time, Lori decided to pursue a career as a veterinary technician. She graduated from Gaston College with a degree in veterinary technology as a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT). She’s always had a passion for rescue and has been an active member of Saving Southern Kitties, a cat rescue in Charlotte North Carolina.

Although Lori left us for a brief amount of time, her desire to care for the companions and families of our community brought her back to the team and boy are we glad to have her! Lori is an amazing teacher to both fellow team members and families bringing their pets to us for care.

At home, Lori is a fur-momma to Buddy, a sweet Jack Russell Terrier, Kayci, Linzi, Evelyn, Tim, Darcy, and what ever furry foster she currently is caring for.

KarreyAnimal Care Technician

Karrey joined our team in October 2019 and has always had a deep passion for animal care. Her family has been a valued part of our Randall family for 14 years! Karrey’s sweet, kind nature caught our attention over the years as she took the lead caring to the medical needs of her family’s four-legged babies. Her gentle, calm demeanor and true love for animals has made her a perfect fit for our team. She is passionate about working with all of your fur babies and truly has a special gift. She loves the having the opportunity to build relationships with your pets and love on them when you can’t.

Karrey has developed into a fantastic assistant. Karrey has the ability to love on nervous babies and make them feel more comfortable while they are here for a visit. We are so proud of the role she has taken within the team.

When she’s not working, you will find Karrey spending time with her family and her fur babies, Blue, Laila, Lilly, and Kitty.
